Thorin Baggins is the second-born child and son of Bilbo and Violet Baggins (nee Greenhill). He was named TJ by most of his family and friends because of his name to stop the confusion between him and the reigning king, Thorin Oakenshield

Thorin is the godson of Tauriel and Bofur

Pre-birth Edit

Before Thorin was born, Violet and Bilbo were under strict orders of Thorin Oakenshield to not goof around whenever there was no trouble. However, Violet wishes to sleep with Bilbo one last time in case they were killed before they would be able to do it again.

There and Back Again: A Hobbit TaleEdit

In the re-imaging of the first three Baggins chronicles, in the sub-story, Thorin is instead a female and is named Thyra but is pronounced "Tira"
